I’m an executive leader who believes the strongest organizations are built on trust, clear communication and a genuine investment in people. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to build teams, strengthen brands, advise senior leaders and help organizations navigate change—all with a simple goal: leave the organization stronger than I found it.

Communication has always been an important part of how I lead. I believe clarity builds confidence, listening leads to better decisions, and the way an organization communicates says a great deal about what it values.

Curiosity has shaped my life outside of work as well. I’ve traveled to more than 30 countries, earned my commercial pilot’s license, become a certified scuba diver, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and summited numerous Colorado 14ers. Those experiences have taught me a great deal about preparation, perspective, judgment—and occasionally knowing when to change course.

Whether I’m developing strategy, mentoring someone on my team, advising an executive or shaping an important message, I try to bring the same things to the work: clarity, curiosity, sound judgment and respect for the people involved.
